The 100 Day Reality Challenge

I've been a bit blah for a few days now and I feel worse because I don't want to attract blah! Any suggestions for lifting a mood and getting back on the right vibration?

Goodmorning Sue I relate to your question what I try to do is make a list of all the things that I am grateful for sit down and write your list I also try to shift my thinking, think about something that makes you feel good makes you feel happy for example your last enjoyable holiday or your pet pony, the fun night you had with your friends allow yourself to FEEL the joy stay in the feeling as long as you can !!!! they talk about this on the Secret and it really Does work when I do whats suggested just keep practising this exercise I do it one day at a time. Go out and do something FUN. Change your schedule around, do something out of your ordinary schedule.

I feel much better today! I think I am exceptionally stubborn because when I get down on myself I really struggle to shift it. I did what you both suggested....in fact, I write down five things I am grateful for every evening before I go to sleep. For anybody else reading this thread - KEEP having fun and shaking up the routine until you're over yourself.

DANCE even if it's silly. Turn up the music loud and dance around crazy and happy =)
Read something inspring and motivating, that usually gets me in a great mood and ready to make things better.

a few suggestions: It is always good to have a list of what makes you happy that you can refer to when you aren't vibrationally aligned with good feelings; jotting down a comment that a loved one made so you can refer to it later to bring on happy feelings, a special occasion, place or event or songs that you can listen to that pick you up and energize you. Write down all the things that make you happy and bring you peace and keep adding to this list so it is choke full of good memories and experiences to help you realign.
Also a gratitude journal is excellent- there is always something to be grateful for every day, even simply things like the great bagel you ate for lunch or the purring your cat gave you when you rubbed his tummy(talk about positive vibrations)
One of my favorites is meditation- have several good meditations that you can listen too on hand, either CD's, online or check out U Tube.
Get out into Nature and be still-the conciousness of everthing surrounding you is a wonderful feeling.
The teachings of Abraham Hicks have lots of great exercises for moving from a negative place to a positive place of attraction.

Sometimes bad moods just creep in and kinda take over... listen to what you are feeling..if it is bad..don't resist it...just allow it to pass out of your mind and then just simply choose to feel different...to feel good..there is nothing here in the universe that wishes for you to feel bad... you are magnificant creator... you can choose whatever mental atmosphere you want... as long as you are aware of that.

What i do when i am in a bad mood is i try and put on some loud music, especially when i am in the martyr energy and more often than not it helps to lift me. Also my sister has taught me that i am only allowed 10 minutes to wallow and weep and then i must pick myself up by doing things that lift me up
