I have read the book several times. I have found that I use the Ho oponopono method the most. I clear on anything and everything that comes my way. In traffic, before bed, when I think of people that I don't agree with.
I have found that it has made me a more peaceful person and continue to clear junk from day to day. It truly is freeing, yet so simple.

A few months ago I was close to being homeless. My landlord was going to sell the place to one of his friends and I felt helpless. I discovered the ho' oponopono process and printed out a happy pic of my landlord with his family in a pretty background that makes me happy when I look at it and started using the ho' oponopono over this pic and within a month the wife writes me saying they would like us to buy the place instead! I was blown away! The amazing thing is as I was praying over their picture every night I could *feel* it working.
