The 100 Day Reality Challenge

to get out of a serious delve of stress and worry?!

Everything seemed to be going really well and I had been manifesting both large and small and then BAM out of nowhere it came to my attention (via my boss) that I had messed up at work. Not in an awful manner, but in a way that is subject to being investigated, and not is just that specific situation being investigated, but my entire time of employment will be watched over carefully. Now I'm sure that most of us don't follow policy 100% of the time, and I've never stolen anything or anything like that but I'm stressed that they'll mark up all the little things to have a huge case against me to get fired. So I'm stressed really bad, which is completely messing up my attempt to manifest me keeping my job and also finding a better job and its driving me crazy I'm just upset all the time!!!

so I was wondering if anyone could share some insight on how to deal with these situations and then also how to make the best of them.

Thanks!

wow...That IS kind of intense... I know from experience when things happen and I feel vulnerable and really anxious that these times have been my times of greatest growth and good always, always come from them. I havent been in your particular situation. But have had different situations where I felt my back was up against a wall and I was scared to death. Keep reminding yourself of what you did and that its no MORE than that...They can investigate but YOU ultimately know your actions. Go through the firing scenario in your head and tell yourself that even if the worst does happen that the universe will take care of you... Ultimately the worst that could happen would be getting fired and collecting unemployment and getting another job... It wouldnt be the end of the world... So play it out than do things to calm down and do your LOA practices again. The Universe always takes care of us.. and will you too!!!

Oh my goodness! That was the comment I needed, thank you so much, I suppose I was looking at it with to much fogging me up and was too anxious to really think straight. Thanks for putting that into perspective for me, I really appreciate it, and hey maybe this is where my writing career starts?!
Thanks again,
Dominic

Hi Dominic, when I saw this I knew I had to reply as I could relate in a way. The company I work for right now is beginning to become much more strict. This is in light of the economic downturn they want the staff to be as productive as they can. And their method of doing that is by having us & themselves track every little thing we do. So in a sense were watched a lot more. Last week we had a huge email/server problem, and we had gotten wind that our emails may be spied on as well. Anyhow in spite of all this I just do my job the best I can, and I know I have nothing really to hide....and my strategy is to always be myself, and hope for the very best.

In life, I believe everything happens for a reason. And perhaps this is God's way of giving you a wake-up call. Do you really love this job?? Or should you be starting to think of something you truly love to do?? And if you want to stick with this job, and do writing after work...than you have to find a way of making peace with what you do.

I would go in with the attitude of "everything is going to be alright/good" and as if "nothing bad can happen." If you show them fear/anxiousness/stress....than they will truly think you have something to hide...and also the universe will pick that up & bring that same feeling back to you even more. You have the power to shift your thoughts in a matter of seconds....you know the term fake it til you make it?? Well you should definitely act (and then in turn believe) that things will be amazing!!

And like createfate says the worst that can happen is getting fired....and you know what that just means there is a new incredible chapter to begin in your life....and if writing is it...than I say go for it!! As I am trying to become a published author/writer too.

Good luck with everything!! And I'm requested a friend add!!

Yeah, I really mellowed out about it yesterday, when I was at work I decided that I really haven't done anything that I see as bad, in fact the actions that I take are 99% of the time done with an intent of good.
Along with that if I were to be fired I have the support of my family to help till I find a new job and that could give me time to build up my resume for writing.
Thanks for the advice and the concern, means a lot!
best wishes

ok...a long time ago my co-workers at work decided that I had "stacked a turn", or worked a customer that didn't belong to me. I was livid...I had done nothing wrong. They were going to pull the ticket from me.

I called my friend Meg, a fellow follower of LOA, back in the pre-Secret days, and asked her what to do. She said "If you haven't done anything wrong, the truth will come forward. Don't give it another thought...you know who you are." She was right. The customer called and verified everything. I was absolved of any wrong doing and my co-workers apologized. My sale went home.

The same will happen for you...Just focus on who you are.

Thanks a bunch, you're right you know, I was helping a customer which should be encouraged I think.
Glad to know I am not the only one with all of this happening to me, I have now shifted my attention and intention to the truth and completely agree with what you're saying.
thanks so much, be well!

you've gotten some great replies here, so i'll just add my $0.02...

one of my affirmations is "i have nothing to lose, nothing to prove and nothing to hide." i worry a lot (leading to panic, anxiety, even feeling paranoid). I'm totally normal, but this is the little treadmill my mind goes on. It is easy to be worried in these times too.

However, remember that as abundant a life as we lead, true abundance starts in your heart, and they can't take that away from you!

You are okay just as you are - you have nothing to prove to anyone! They don't validate your existance, your worth as a person or an employee, or anything.

And you can stand by what you do because you do not have to be infallible. Even if you make a mistake, or do something for a reason you later think better of, well, so what? you're human. you grow, you change direction, you think better of things. its okay. there is nothing to hide about who you are or what you've done. judgement doesn't lie with our fellow humans...

best wishes!
