coaching and coaching retreats.....
I'm thinking about having some coaching and am feeling a bit stuck choosing a coach as there are so many. I've spoken to one person but was left feeling that I needed someone who was a bit more dynamic, In the meantime I've found out that there are 'coaching retreats' and now I'm wondering if this is a way forward. With so much information and coaches on google I can see that I might soon need a coach to find a coach :)) let's hope not! Any experience, ideas, suggestions, etc all very welcome.

Hey Lynne,
I used to coach and decided to hault the process so I could work on some personal healing and self-growth but I have attached the client profile that I created and used for my clients. The profile is used as an assessment to see what your needs are.
If you answer these specific questions it may give you more clarity about yourself and if seeking coach is necessary for you right now. You may also be able to compare your answers with the mission and purpose of a coach or a retreat center and when your answere match theirs that might be the route you take.
