The 100 Day Reality Challenge

I wanted to share how I always thought meditation was a good idea "intellectually" but was often procrastinating and flippant with it, always being too "busy" with work. I have found a great site, with audio meditations - compeltely free and I've tried a few of them with great relaxing results. It's really encouraged me to meditate regularly and try othe meditations too.

Thanks for sharing this site. By the way, I purchase that Louise Hay's self-steam affirmation CD you mentioned the other day. Thanks again! I also haven't meditated much yet. Always busy with kids interrupting...but I will give it a try!

I just wrote about increase in intuition and psychic ability... I have noticed since I have been meditating regularly... I have had little psychic type experiences like: knowing what is going to happen at work, thinking of someone and suddenly they are walking toward me... like about five or six experiences that have sort of startled me. I like it though... I think its just helping clear away blocks... Apparantly this happens to many people...

I have been mediating regularly since Day 1! It has helped me find Victoria in all the craziness of my life. I tend to listen to my body, mind, and soul all at once. It helps me be more relaxed more, and I can concentrate on what I really want to manifest. If you have a busy schedule, try meditating before going to bed. The people in your home will think you are sleeping. lol. I know its sneaky, but sometimes that few moments to yourself is all you need to be more calmer or happier. My sister-in-law actually gave me this site to meditate... You may benefit from it...

Awesome site! Thanks for sharing that! There's loads to try and have fun meditating and doing different ones - so I suppose it keeps it interesting and focussed for each different purpose you want to meditate - and change with whatever mood you're in.

I do the same thing, although one of my intentions is to meditate at least 3 times per week so I am going to try to follow through. I listened to one of Lilou's meditations tonight on youtube which I like. I will check the site you recommended too, thank you!

I really do see a difference in my thoughts and how grounded I feel afterwards. A regular yoga practive has done the same thing for me in the past as well but on a physical level too.
