The 100 Day Reality Challenge

How do you choose to look at things in your life that you desired and manifested, and were good for you at that time, but are not part of your life now?

For example, I met someone 7 years ago, learned tons from him, got married, had some more adventures, and now am nearly divorced. When I consider the situation, I know it is not for me, right now. I know there are other things that I desire, that would bring me to my highest good in terms of relation-ship. I am grateful for our time together, and incorporate the good parts that I learned into my life now.

Anyways, I wonder how others deal with, look at, consider or revere the manifestations that once were and are no longer... how do you perceive the transience of these?

Thank you, co-creators!

Fascinating question :)

Whatever is in your life is a reflection of your vibration, and as that vibration changes so do the manifestations. I've found that as I've changed, the people and circumstances I was once a match to move out of my life. If I accept the transformation, it happens gently and without too much drama. It's only if I try to cling on to them that I might get further contrast around them.

I go with the flow. It is like the things in your wish list. If they came about already, great! Usually, you add more to your list because you believe that the world is abundant.

If there are stuff that are still useful for you and supports your current purpose, you keep them because they have the positive vibration. You release those which do not give you good vibration.

For people, or relationship, you just have to be open. They too are vibrating there own desires. If there are toxic people in your midst, sometimes you do not have to do anything about it. The Universe itself would remove them in your current situation.

Up til very recently I looked at them as things that got me to 'here' - no regrets, no complaints, just things and people who naturally moved in and out of my life as I grew. I always have the most trouble when it's old friends that are on the way out - we've been through so much and I don't want to lose them, even though our vibrations have clearly changed and no longer match.

BUT then I read the astonishing power of emotion...and now I understand that all these things and people that enter my life teach me more about what I really want, and every single one helps me to create an amazing life. So now I am enormously grateful, and I more easily 'let go' of what no longer serves me by just focusing on what I do want. (on a good day!!! Some days I rail and rant and complain too!)

I feel that everything that happens, happens for a reason and helps to mould us into the person we become... as we evolve our vibrations and needs change... the people and things surronding us that aren't resonating with us, have to go or they contaminate and impeed our progress...

In the past, I have taken too much responsibility for the emotional well being of the people i am moving on from.... unfortunately that has dragged me backwards... Its a fine art, balancing... 'releasing with love' and 'detaching yourself', without being harsh or hurtful... but sometimes we have to do it for our own sanity, if thats what the universe lines up for us...

Wouldn't life be simpler, if the universe just took care of it for us, in a nice gentle way... sigh.. Jaye x
