Soul Collage - Seena Frost
One book I am using to support me in the 100 Day Challenge is Collage. This book offers a way to make mini collages that create almost a personal tarot deck of your life and experiences. Its been great for me to use to see patterns in my thinking and unblock myself from old belief systems. Its really easy and fun. A great thing to do in groups. I recommend this for anyone that is looking for a collage process to uncover hidden aspects of themselves.

Wow!I love this idea, I just checked out the description and it has really excited me. I love collage and the idea of making a deck of cards is realy appealing. I'll definately check it out.

Cathy, It's a wonderful thing. I am a SoulCollage facilitator and have a workshop scheduled here in Roanoke in April. Doing SoulCollage really helped me uncover all the desires that I would otherwise have continued to push under the rug in an effort to just "get along." Soon after I discovered SoulCollage, I heard about the Law of Attraction and together they pushed me along the stream. What an amazing combination!!!

Lisa...I just completed my facilitators training this weekend. I'm happy to join the tribe of soul collage facilitators. There is a facilitators conference in November. I plan on being there to meet everyone.
