Rob Brezsny. Prophet and Self-Proclaimed, Modern, Spiritual ,Teacher, Healer, and Writer is the author of one of my all-time favorite books. "Pronoia Is The Antidote For Paranoia"-- A manual on how to live your life, using the Law of Attraction, in the modern world. Many people may know of Rob as the writer of the weekly horoscope column in newspapers across the US. He also has a website where you can read excerpts from the book and view his horoscopes and other amusing stories at FreeWillAstrology.Com. I love his philosophy and spiritual outlook on life in our modern times. I have followed his column for about 15 years in the Metro Newspaper in my local area.
What this book proclaims is that "the Whole World is Conspiring to Shower You With Blessings." Sound Familiar? His funny, often irreverent style, is tempered by his insight into mystical experiences in everyday life, and a knack to find truth and beauty in the apparent contradictions of human emotions and behaviors. If you have never read anything by him, I highly recommend this book! It will be difficult to put down once you start to read it.
