hi, what is Manifestation ? can anyone define manifestation in a simple way?

can u share your top tips for manifestation and how can i apply it to attract the perfect weight ??????????????

Well....one thing I do and it usually seems to be working for me is this.

Whenever I see myself in the mirror, coming out of the shower or whatever, instead of thinking "whoa I'm kinda fat, I need to lose weight" I think "hey I'm getting thinner" and I visualize myself with my perfect weight, nice abs and all :). It's nothing, really, and yet... Then as I start thinking like a "thin" person, I start eating like a "thin" person. One thing leads to another and I lost a few pounds in the last 2 or 3 weeks. That's what works for me, anyway :)

I also make a conscious effort to eat more slowly and put a bit less food in my plate than I usually do. That last part is the toughest part cos' it's a habit that I have to break. The trick, in one word, for me, is to imagine yourself surrounded by the conditions you want to create. (Just quoted Dr. Wayne Dyer :)) Imagine yourself constantly as already at the perfect weight and go with the flow. You'll be amazed!

Visualize exaclty how you want your body to look, get some pictures that resemble what you want to look like and put it in a place that you will see it everyday. Then follow with action. look on the internet for excersises that will enable you to lose weight in certain areas. For example I want a more lifted, plumper butt (don't laugh :) so I looked on youtube and searched how to get a bigger butt and found great excersises that I know do throughout the week. I got pics of Kim k. and beyonce, not to look exactly like them but just to have those pics around for inspiration. You will get what you want.

Hello, manifesting or manifestation is creating something from feelings. Example I manifested a monster in the closet cause I was scared. Or, I manifested a car because I invisioned myself driving a new car and felt the feelings of owning and driving a new car. Even,I manifested myself thin because I felt like a thin healthy person due to eating right and exercise.
Basicly you create what you feel.

Remember something that wil always help in manifesting who you want to be. You have to play the part. Just like a play or a movie. You have to act the way the person you want to be acts. So if you want to be thin you have to do what a thin healthy person does.You can not just wish it cause all you will get is more wishing for it.Remember it is the feeling we manifest. So if you feel ugly and want to change all you will get is more feeling ugly and wanting to change.Play the part. How do I do that You may ask. Well, find a person that is or does the things you want to do orn is the person you want to be or have the thuings you want and do what they did.For example a millionaire. What do they eat like sleep like drive like smell like act like. You have to play it down to every little detail and you will surely manifest what you want. Good Luck! NAMASTE-Krysten(Isisoakmoss)

Hi I will add to the goodies already here. Think of manifesting this way, it might help. Think of your favorite actress. What does she have to do to get ready for that part? Lets say get in shape. She has to MANIFEST by doing the work and taking the action. She has to SEE herself becoming that person, how would they look? How would she talk walk laugh?

An actress/actor has to visualize 100% of the time. Now take it another step. Actress/actors get some help here and you can do the same at home. The costumes and the sets make it more believable not only to us the movie goer but to the actress. If she is wearing a 19th century dress and the undergarments (corsettes and petty coats too) she is able to manifest a more believable character.

Script what you want. Then look around your home, how can you rearrange things, or put things in view that will help you visualize and manifest faster.

I'm going to add a little kick to this... YOU HAVE POWERS, many of them, society has taught you that you don't because it makes you easier to Lead. Well, forget that. Manifesting all begins with the power of choice. You choose.

In The Secret you see the Emerald Tablet. That tablet says AS ABOVE SO BELOW.

Choose to put the Universe into action by giving it action. Choose to be the person that you are becoming and then make it so. You can do this :)
