The 100 Day Reality Challenge

Finally decided it was time to do someting about all the unhappiness in my life. One big area is my relationship with my boyfriend. We have some issues and problems that I would like to work on. I try to keep positive and think about what kind of outcome I want and focus on it, but then something comes up and I revert back to negativity. Does focusing on the positive get easier or is it just a never ending struggle as most things in life are?

Hiya Elly

Like with anything you do at first it seems harder then as you progress it becomes second nature. You have to train your mind to think those positive thoughts and completely reject the negative ones. Whenever you realise your thought pattern is on the wrong frequency shout out NO and then think about a positive thought or something that made you laugh or just put on music and jump around as this will shift you. Keep happy and keep focusing on the end result and thats a happy healthy loving relationship for you both.
