Helpful uploads to share for download
So far, one of my top CoCreating tools is to to meditate. Here are some audio clips of silence to help you mediate in a jiffy. Silent 5, 15, 30 audio clips with a chime at the end. Throw it on your ipod or computer and meditate without setting the timer on your watch/clock or gadget.

Thanks for this. I've been trying to get into meditation, without success. I keep looking at the clock and my thoughts come drifting in. I suspect I might have more luck if I know I'm meditating for a specific period.

robin sharma's podcasts are a fantastic way to start any day.
I downloaded them through my www.mozilla.com/en-GB/" target="_blank">firefox browser using the flashgot tool...this means i could download all at the click of one button....
he is very positive, forthright, proactive and always leaves you with something to think about....
