The 100 Day Reality Challenge

I feel like I have made a lot of progress since starting the 100 day challenge. I have seen attraction in action, and have been able to obtain awsome vibrations....

...But I have also had CRAZY mood swings! When I feel good (which is always the goal) I feel so awesome and feel like i can have everything I want. But when things don't go right I can be thrown into a terrible mood and it takes some real energy just to get back to no emotion at all.

Co-Creators, has this ever happened to you, any advice?

Hi Brooklyn.

I think this happens to everyone who is making a major shift in the way they experience life. In fact, just about everyone I know experiences this to some degree or has experienced this at an earlier point in their journey.

Our mental habits are deeply ingrained in our subconscious mind and breaking them is no easy task. Abraham-Hick says strong desire + allowing = strong joyous but that strong desire + resistance = angry feelings. It is a great idea that you make feeling good a priority.

There are exercises on these pages that can help you to get back into vibrational alignment. Please try one or more and add another entry about your experience.

a good topic,

yes the good mood goes to being high- I feel so happy, full of gratitude and in flow and in arms of God -universal energy and safe....it is reall bliss joy.

the depressed feelings were once my friends, i was franz Kafka fun, you can imagine my nihilistic moods..... but now I keep a gratitude and believe God means only good for us and I am blessed.

you can transform your mood, just believe!

OMG yes! I can have weeks of positive uplifted feelings. Then I will have a day where everything that I'm working on to change comes crashing down on me. I was starting to think I would need some medications to balance me but to hear someone else going through this AND that others go through it when trying to change is a reassuring thing for me to hear.

The less sleep I have the more susceptible I am to negative emotions and sometimes during PMS which I will admit sneaks up on me I can have a big spiral down and think I'm going crazy. I guess it would help if I kept track of my cycle and would prepare myself for when I'm going to be PMS'ing. I also think since I'm working on slimming down, when I a woman loses fat they go through hormonal fluctuation. If you feel yourself slipping down, try to find something that will shift you, music, taking a walk(this has been GREAT for me), something, playing with your pets, watching something funny.

DARN, PEOPLE ARE SMART HERE! Oops those were all caps...okay. Anyway, the lows are lasers pointing where your beautiful consciousness is willing to go next and do the work of making right because you are READY. The highs are 'cause it feels good!

yes, my experience is similar. over the years, i have attempted to be more compassionate with myself and to not draw others into my own inner drama. sometimes i do better than others, but i definitely get better with practice and having a comfort plan in place to help me love and honor my self.
